As the Digital Media Manager, you'll lead day-to-day social media operations and paid media initiatives for multiple clients. You'll be responsible for developing content calendars, managing publishing schedules, overseeing influencer programs, and driving performance through data-backed strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands‑on execution, along with mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with account leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Oversee daily publishing, community engagement, and social listening.
  • Lead paid social campaigns from concept to execution, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Manage influencer marketing programs, ensuring deliverables, ROI tracking, and FTC compliance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital assets (images, videos, reels, carousel ads).
  • Monitor analytics and create performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior staff on scheduling, engagement tactics, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client social media communications.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong collaboration skills.
  • Lead high-performing social and paid campaigns from start to finish.
  • Build expertise in influencer marketing and emerging platform trends.
  • Strengthen leadership skills through mentorship and client engagement.
  • Advance in analytics interpretation and performance optimization.

Benefits

  • Health insurance after 60 days of employment.
  • 10 vacation days and 3 personal days per year.
  • Office closed on major national holidays.
  • 401(k) and profit sharing plan.
  • 10% of client retainer for any new business brought to the agency, paid in monthly commission.
  • Complimentary daily parking in a safe, covered garage nearby.
  • Pets are welcome.
