Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
We’re supporting a top communications agency in their search for an Associate Director or Director to lead public relations strategy across a dynamic portfolio of beauty brands. This is a high visibility role offering the chance to shape storytelling for well known names in skincare, cosmetics, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated PR campaigns across beauty accounts shaping strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring exceptional client service
- Cultivate and maintain top-tier media and influencer relationships across beauty and lifestyle
- Manage cross functional teams, providing guidance, quality control, and mentorship
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights, counsel, and creative ideas that align with their business goals
- Partner with senior leadership on growth opportunities, new business, and organic expansion
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of agency-side PR experience, with a strong track record in the beauty sector
- Strong media instincts and a deep understanding of how to craft compelling brand narratives
- Confidence working with senior clients and leading integrated teams
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and passion for the beauty industry
