Studio Sales Manager Job at CycleBar in Leawood

CycleBar is seeking a Sales Manager for our studio in Leawood, KS. The role focuses on driving membership sales, renewal, and ancillary revenue streams while building strong relationships with prospective and current members.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach.
• Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and retail revenue targets.
• Manage staff schedule, supervise CBX teams, and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Sponsor and coach the team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
• Drive referral business by building ambassadorship and member rapport.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales representatives.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize deadlines.
• Affinity for fitness and passion for delivering a premier studio experience.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Duties

• Lead generation, membership sales, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and educate the CBX team on hospitality and conversion tactics.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Convert non-membership users to membership base.
• Work with Studio Owner on monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
