Job Description
We are hiring a UX Architect for one of our clients at Hartford, CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of seamless, intuitive, and accessible user experiences across digital insurance platforms.
- Design experiences that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology.
- Work across customer journeys such as quote & buy, policy management, claims filing, billing, and self-service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX design/architecture with at least 2-3 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) and workflows.
- Solid portfolio showcasing UX design work for complex enterprise or customer-facing applications.
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, interaction design principles, and responsive frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
