Responsibilities

Work on a high‑profile web application project for the Child Care and Child Welfare section. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design and development of front‑end and back‑end for .NET MVC and .NET 8 web applications, testing, code reviews, and production support. Use JavaScript, Blazor, Kendo UI components, SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle databases. Participate in TDD, continuous integration, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Wisconsin CARES system and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems – Must Have 5 years
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills – Must Have 6 years
• Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation and communication – Must Have 5 years
• Excellent clear and concise communication skills, written and verbally – Must Have 6 years
• Experience with .NET application and web application design patterns – Must Have 6 years
• Application development expertise using .NET MVC with C# and JavaScript – Must Have 6 years
• Full stack development experience – Must Have 6 years
• Experience using CSS and HTML, and writing JavaScript based on responsive HTML5 applications – Must Have 6 years
• Documenting technical requirements and design – Must Have 6 years
• Requirements analysis – Must Have 6 years
• Experience with the full SDLC and knowledge of project management principles – Must Have 6 years
• Experience with authentication and authorization techniques – Must Have 6 years
• Techniques to proactively prevent and reactively respond to security threats – Must Have 5 years
