We’re a fast-moving AI venture studio helping companies make sense of complex technologies and use them with confidence. Our small but sharp team of engineers, strategists, and designers works at the intersection of business, AI, and execution. Right now, we're looking for someone to take ownership of a critical growth infrastructure project for our client in the field of higher education.

Tasks

• Set up a full‑funnel reporting dashboard – from first website visit to qualified lead to customer.
• Integrate HubSpot CRM with relevant data sources (web analytics, landing pages, contact forms, events, etc.).
• Define key funnel metrics and ensure they are captured, visualized, and actionable.
• Advise on the right tools, structure, and workflow – we’re open to your input.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience in growth marketing, marketing ops, or funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM – including custom properties, workflows, and integrations.
• Confidence in working with tracking tools, tags, and data pipelines (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or similar).
• You have a proven track record with reverse ETL, no‑code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com), or scripting logic.
• You think in systems and flows, not isolated dashboards.
• Bonus: You have worked in the field of higher education and/or other educational institutions – but that’s not a dealbreaker.
