Our client, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Producer, Customer Journeys to manage the creative development and delivery of multi-channel campaign assets across several Services Marketing lines of business. This role is perfect for an experienced producer with a strong background in integrated marketing campaigns and digital content production.
In this role, you’ll oversee design projects and campaign workstreams, ensuring smooth execution through project management best practices. You’ll foster collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, facilitate leadership alignment, and problem-solve escalations to keep campaigns on track.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has proven expertise in digital marketing campaigns within entertainment, subscription services, or similar industries. You should be comfortable working across creative and growth marketing environments, with a strong grasp of KPIs, acquisition, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative development and delivery of on- and off-platform campaign assets.
- Oversee design projects and campaign workflows, implementing best-in-class project management practices.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams and facilitate leadership consensus.
- Troubleshoot escalations and partner with leadership to identify resolutions.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing complex integrated projects or marketing campaigns (digital marketing preferred).
- Expertise in content creation, digital asset production, and production efficiency processes.
- Experience in entertainment, subscription services, or similar marketing environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience in Marketing or Growth Marketing environments with familiarity in KPIs, acquisition, and retention methods.
- Ability to collaborate in a creative environment and articulate intent to cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments, partnering with teams to navigate ambiguity.
