Base pay range $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr What you’ll do Create impactful visuals: Produce, edit, and format a diverse range of digital and print assets, including PowerPoint presentations, social media content, email graphics, and brochures. Master presentation design: Design and build sophisticated presentations primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint, applying advanced layout techniques and strong brand consistency. Ensure flawless delivery: Optimize and deliver design files for print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output. Champion brand consistency: Maintain consistency across all design materials to reinforce the brand identity. Collaborate and innovate: Work with senior designers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Refine and enhance: Revise designs based on feedback to continuously improve assets. Prepare for production: Produce final, production-ready files, including pre-flighting and exporting for a seamless transition from design to output. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar production-focused design role with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with expert-level PowerPoint and strong presentation design. Meticulous attention to detail with excellent layout, typography, and file-preparation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Solid understanding of print production processes and digital asset requirements.
