Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate collection, organization, & response of all guest reviews online (Facebook, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Review Tracker, etc.)
- Coordinate with management to resolve guests’ dissatisfaction and complaints. This may include sending an apology, gift card, merchandise, or refunding a portion or all the guests’ expenses
- Thank guests who leave a positive review and invite them back to our locations
Social Media Marketing
- Create and post engaging social media marketing posts and campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Coordinate and take all necessary photos and videos for social media posts
- Ensure that social media posts are made on brand, a regular, consistent basis and adhere to a regular weekly schedule of posting for each restaurant at least once per week not including separate posts for special days, events, or promotions
- Coordinate with performers to receive photos and videos of DJ and Live Entertainment Artists for our online social media content.
- Post monthly food and drink specials, promotional events
- Responsible for the growth of our friends or followers, online brand reputation, management, & star ratings on review websites
- Responsible for the growth of our organizational employment brand by representing Kennedy Concepts as a great place to work and attracting new team members through social media ads and engagement
Digital Marketing
- Creation, launching, and oversight of all digital marketing campaigns
- Purchase Google ads and Google key words to boost social media posts and base the purchase frequency and budget amount on our needs to stay ranked #1 on Google
- Google Maps optimization and add pictures and content to our Google listing
Website
- Updating all restaurant websites with store information, catering and special event details and promotions
In-Store Marketing
Loyalty Dining Program – Email Blasts – SMS Text Blasts
- Create and implement strategies to increase the number of guests signing up for our Loyalty Dining Program
- Send out blast emails using our Loyalty Dining Program list of guests to promote our restaurants, promotions, dinners, ticketed events, special events, LTO menus, new menus, specials etc.
- Send out blast SMS text messages using our Loyalty Dining Program list of guests to promote our restaurants, promotions, dinners, ticketed events, special events, LTO menus, new menus, specials etc.
Special Promotions and Events
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and restaurant management teams to develop and implement sales driven special promotions according to their brand uniqueness, demographics, target markets, and current events schedule
- Assist restaurant management teams and team members in decorating locations for special events and promotions
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and graphic design company to develop and design print media and printed media as marketing tools to be used both in-store and out-of-store for the purpose of cross promoting all company owned concepts
- Order, receive, distribute, and install all printed cross-promotion tools to the appropriate concept locations
Graphic Design, Photography and Food and Drink Menus
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and graphic design company to create, edit, food, drink and special menus
- Order, receive, and distribute all printed food and drink menus to the appropriate concepts
- Research and develop food photography skills to better improve all media, specifically on the area of staging food and drink items as the most important aspect of the photos
- Collaborate and stage all food and drinks with the Owner, Marketing team, Executive Chef, and Corporate Mixologists on all photos before, during, and after the pictures are taken
- Update all Food and Drink menus
- Create all print and digital marketing materials
Local Business Partners
- Develop relationships with local business partners to cross-promote and advertise.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a distribution list of local business partners to deliver coupons too.
- Develop relationships with wedding chapels, bus tour companies, cabin rental companies, time share companies, hotels, banks, city officials, city offices, and other local businesses.
- Reach out to local business partners concerning options for exchanging discounts to enter attractions, dinner shows, haunted houses, ski resort, etc.
- Partner with West Town Mall marketing team to promote Loco Burro
- Exchange gift cards with local business partners to utilize team member rewards at all concepts.
Community Outreach and Involvement
- Partner with local schools, groups, and non-profit organizations to organize events and promotions that might better help our local community and its’ citizens. Events may include food drives, children’s home donations, food pantry donations, school reading programs, or volunteering our time.
- Coordinate with the city and local chamber of commerce on events (i.e. Chili Cook-off, parades, etc.)
- Develop ideas to continue to market and solicit our restaurants to local area residents and businesses including direct mail, door to door, visiting local businesses, and scheduling company mascots to walk the parkway or attend local events.
Print Media and Graphic Design Materials
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and third-party companies (graphic design company, advertisers, and merchandise companies) to design and create all printed media and marketing tools that are used out of store.
- Order, receive, distribute, and install all printed marketing tools in and to the appropriate outside locations.
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, Graphic design company, radio company, television company, billboard company to design, create and launch our radio, television and billboard marketing campaigns.
- (Chamber of Commerce, National Restaurant Association, Wedding Association, Tourism Association, etc.)
- Join and oversee annual renewals for owner-approved restaurant and local membership associations.
- Attend necessary association meetings, conferences, and events.
Entertainment
- Advertise, hire, audition, and book all DJs, live music artists, and performers under the direction of the Marketing team.
- Work with the Marketing team and Owner to understand your budget per store and work within that budget
- Create and maintain an events calendar with all performances and promotions on our website
- Ensure that all performers deliver high quality entertainment on a nightly basis
- Communicate both negative and positive feedback from guests, team members, and management to performers
Sales and Revenue Generation WITH Online Sales
- Monitor, collect, package, and ship all online purchased merchandise, souvenirs, and private-labeled items
- Communicate with purchaser(s) throughout the entire process and ensure that all items are received correctly, undamaged, and on time
Digital Advertising & Cross Promotions in Restaurants
- Update and monitor all in-house digital and print marketing tools. Digital Marketing tools such as LED screens with restaurants displaying images of food and drink specials, restaurant pictures, special events and promotions, & the cross promotion of our other restaurants and company owned businesses
- Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and outside vendors (graphic design and/or merchandise company) to design, create and distribute our employee uniforms
- Order, receive, and distribute guest check presenters
- Collaborate with Owner, Marketing team, and outside vendors (graphic design and/or merchandise company) to design, create, order and distribute our souvenirs, merchandise and private labeled products for resale.
Qualifications Required
- Strong Graphic Design abilities – Adobe, Canva, Figma
- Ability to work in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Skillful in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Expert in various social media platforms, scheduling, posting & management
- Experience with photography & videography
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Digital Marketing experience
- Public Relations
- Public Speaking
- Knowledge of a work management platform such as Asana or similar
