Location: Newnan, GA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site with Travel Required
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in the office Monday-Thursday; remote work on Fridays. Some evenings may be required. This is not a remote role.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will lead on building brand awareness, deepening referral relationships, and coordinating successful events. You’ll work on the ground, in the community, and alongside our surgical team.
This position requires reliable transportation and a strong sense of initiative. Remote work is available on Fridays.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Brand Awareness: Execute strategic marketing campaigns to amplify our reputation and services.
- Build Referral Relationships: Visit referral offices, coordinate events (CEs, social gatherings, etc.), and develop relationships that fuel patient referrals.
- Partner with Surgeons: Collaborate with assigned surgeons to build personalized marketing plans for their communities.
- Coordinate Events: Plan and manage continuing education courses and marketing events, including logistics, vendors, and materials.
- Create Content: Write and edit content for social media, email, digital, and print with a consistent brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement across platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently while staying connected with the marketing team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of professional marketing experience
- Experience with Canva, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, writing, and proofreading skills
- Adaptability and emotional intelligence to work with varying leadership styles
- Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing needs and events
- Flexibility for occasional evening events and reliable transportation
Bonus: healthcare, dental, or oral surgery industry experience is a plus but not required.

Special Requirements
