Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Ready to take ownership of a company’s entire digital presence?

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple digital channels. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads — while keeping brand storytelling, data, and design working in harmony.

This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite and flexibility for remote work the rest of the week.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap that aligns with business and brand goals.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing analyst or coordinator to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Build and manage integrated digital campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and social channels.
  • Oversee website updates and partner with UX/design teams to improve user flow and conversion performance.
  • Write and edit content for email, landing pages, digital ads, and social platforms — maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and HR to ensure messaging consistency across audiences and initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, manage dashboards, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Utilize CRM and automation tools to manage segmentation, nurture campaigns, and data tracking.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B, manufacturing, or industrial services.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
