Overview This Senior Partner, Hiring Experience role at Havas Media Network focuses on Talent Acquisition, Process Improvement, and permanency within Marketing. The role involves leading the day-to-day management of the tactical media plan, aligning with the brand’s overall media strategy, and supervising the Connections Planning team to fulfill media planning, analysis, and scheduling requests. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr The salary range for this role is: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, DOE. Responsibilities Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business (OTC brands) and the consumer journey Assist with day-to-day activities to fulfill the media plan strategy and achieve cross-channel plan goals with inputs from Client Leadership and Strategic Communications Planning (media mix, delivery goals, flighting, daypart, etc.) Determine the optimal strategic approach cross-channel and within channel (Digital, Print, Video, Audio, Specialty) Develop and write client-facing cross-channel plan recommendations, including plan presentations with flowcharts and budgets, with inputs from investment teams Lead collaborative working relationships with Investment Teams and Havas Affiliates to ensure media strategies are delivered and client needs are met Supervise the implementation and execution of the cross-channel media plan, including flowcharting, budgeting, scheduling and establishing benchmarks for control Maintain accountability for accuracy and media intelligence (syndicated insights, RFPs, etc.) Evaluate media performance to determine the extent to which original objectives were achieved Provide direction and assign tasks to the Connections Planning team Maintain quality control to ensure projects are produced completely, correctly, accurately and efficiently Stay informed of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets Supervise and motivate staff; promote agency teamwork Qualifications 4 - 5 years of professional experience, preferably with an Agency Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and willingness to assume greater responsibility Understanding of strategic marketing communications plans and ability to contribute to delivery Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles, media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure Ability to think cross-channel and in an integrated fashion across digital and offline media; TV planning experience Strong written, presentation, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical abilities and quantitative/qualitative skills Ability to oversee and guide a small team Understanding of agency planning procedures and internal capabilities Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to analyze data and draw insights Experience in media planning for an agency or advertiser Experience overseeing media bookings and financial tracking Experience managing, training, and mentoring junior staff; ability to set objectives and priorities Familiar with tools: Adserver, Prisma, Nielsen, Google Analytics, NMI, and other media tools Chicago, IL Job function Strategy/Planning Public Relations Advertising Industries: Marketing Services, Advertising Services, Public Relations and Communications Services Note: This posting includes information about how you will be paid and general job duties.
