I’m partnering with a leading global freight forwarder that’s expanding its Air & Sea division and looking for an experienced Customs Specialist (Entry Writer) to join their growing team.

If you have a passion for international trade, customs compliance, and keeping goods moving seamlessly across borders - this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your logistics career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and submitting import/export customs entries and related documentation
  • Classifying goods, verifying tariffs, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
  • Coordinating with clients, carriers, and government agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance
  • Tracking and monitoring entries to resolve issues or delays
  • Staying current with changing trade laws and customs requirements

What we’re looking for:

✅ 2+ years’ experience in customs brokerage or import/export documentation

✅ Strong working knowledge of ACE or similar customs systems

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Confident communicator — able to collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams

✅ Experience with bonded warehouse, drawback, or temporary imports a plus

Preferred:

  • 🎓 Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 🧾 Customs Broker License (or working toward one)
