The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying, creative strategy, video editing, and copywriting. Media Buying: Plan, manage, and optimize our Meta campaigns for maximum performance. Creative Strategy: Develop strong ad concepts, bring fresh ideas for Reels and Organic Content, and transform them into memorable content. Video Editing: Edit and finalize our sprinted ad and organic videos independently. Copywriting: Create catchy headlines and persuasive ad texts for both organic content and landing pages. Social Media & Brand Support: Support community, influencer, and social media management, and contribute to the development of our brand. Requirements Initial experience in Meta media buying and using the Meta Business Manager. Basic knowledge of copywriting and video editing. Desire to engage in creative processes and take responsibility. Quick comprehension, independent working style, and a sense of trends.
