Job Description
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team, focusing on producing renderings and 3D models in Rhino for international, large-scale, mixed-use buildings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant projects and enhance your professional portfolio.
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models using Rhino.
Contribute to schematic design and design development phases.
Develop and complete construction documents.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Rhino is required.
Experience in Architecture.
At least 2 years of experience in architectural design.
Strong technical skills in architectural design, schematic design, and construction drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in design development and construction document preparation.
Work Environment
Join a 75-person full-service architecture, engineering, and planning firm located in downtown Chicago. The team works in the office four days a week, with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. This role begins as a minimum 12-week position, with potential for extension based on workload and performance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
