Job Title: Jr. Video Producer
Location: Hybrid Broomfield, CO – 2 Days in Office Required
Reports to: Manager, Art Direction

The Jr. Video Producer is a hands-on creative role supporting marketing and content teams by producing engaging video content for digital campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow their skills in video editing, motion graphics, and content creation while collaborating with a global team.
Responsibilities What you’ll do:
Produce engaging video content for digital campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and event teams to support campaigns and launches.
Manage multiple quick-turn projects while meeting deadlines.
What you’ll bring 1–2 years of experience in video production, marketing, or a related creative field.
AI editing tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Descript , Synthesia , or similar AI-driven editing software.
Project management tools: Experience tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Executive communication: Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders and presenting creative concepts or final work.
Storyboarding or scripting: Ability to visualize ideas, outline narratives, or contribute to engaging video scripts.
Edge and skills Create and edit engaging videos: Craft both short-form and long-form content for marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and product demos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro .
Design for digital platforms: Produce social-ready assets optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook , including captions, intro/outro slides, and seamless transitions.
Add motion and visual flair: Incorporate simple motion graphics, text animations, and logo reveals using Adobe After Effects (or similar tools), and design supporting visuals such as thumbnails and static graphics in Canva or Adobe Express .
Maintain brand consistency: Apply Conga’s brand guidelines for color, typography, and visual style across all video deliverables.
Collaborate and deliver efficiently: Partner with marketing, design, and event teams to support campaigns and launches, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Compensation and benefits U.S. base salary range: $62,154 - $80,800 USD . The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. Conga offers a variable incentive pay component and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
