Base pay range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Motion Recruitment Senior Recruiter- Enterprise Talent Services @ Motion Recruitment An American multinational mass media and entertainment company is actively looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in the New York, NY location. It is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion. This role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday onsite 9am-6pm EST. This exciting opportunity offers a positive work environment, strong culture, and potential for growth and skill development. As the Marketing Coordinator, one will be responsible for working on projects across different platforms like on-air, digital and social media collaborating with various teams and external partners. Required Skills & Experience On average 1-2 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization or in sports production, where the individual was responsible for presentation, creative and promotion development. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Business writing skills including presentation development. Understanding of the creative development process. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities: Work with all key stakeholders to develop sponsorable assets for sale across their portfolio of assets Support RFP process from pre-sale ideation through execution Catalogue all sponsorable elements across linear, digital, and social platform for internal and external use Interface with key sales, planning, and research teams to ensure successful execution of all sponsorship elements Analyze competitive landscape to highlight key trends and noteworthy integrations Attend and manage custom content shoots by liaising between production and client Oversee internal tracking system for all sales requests and marketing outputs Write company overviews for sales group Day to day budget administration Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
