The Role The
Chief Marketing Officer
will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving brand strategy, customer acquisition, and long‑term growth across all channels. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, proven experience in scaling consumer brands, and a deep passion for health, wellness, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive
brand and marketing strategy
aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Build and lead a
high‑performing marketing team
that fosters collaboration and creativity.
Oversee all areas of marketing, including
digital, social media, e‑commerce, influencer partnerships, PR, and performance marketing .
Lead
go‑to‑market strategies
for new product launches and expansions into new markets.
Analyze data and metrics to drive ROI‑focused decision‑making and optimize marketing performance.
Partner with the CEO, Product Development, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and market alignment.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to position the brand as a category leader.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in
consumer goods, supplements, nutraceuticals, or health & wellness industries .
Proven track record of building and scaling
DTC (Direct‑to‑Consumer)
and
e‑commerce
brands.
Expertise in
digital marketing, paid media, CRM, brand development, and influencer strategy .
Strong creative & analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach and a passion for thriving in a fast‑moving, high‑growth start‑up environment.
