About the team Our Audience Intelligence crew is a band of data-obsessed engineers, ML specialists, and product thinkers who architect the unified identity graph and feature platform that gives every team at StubHub a near-real time, 360° view of each fan. We turn noisy clickstreams into high-fidelity fuel for personalization at scale, building pipelines, identity resolution, and enrichment layers that stitch data together in near real time and expose clean, versioned features for models and campaigns. What You\'ll Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across StubHub’s platforms and products to deliver high-quality outcomes Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise Mentor other team members and help increase technical capabilities, fostering inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and creativity What You\'ve Done 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development Expertise in building software with Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, and Privacy Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact Strong understanding of how systems interact with the production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives Proven ability to learn new languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools Experience owning projects from idea to production Experience mentoring junior engineers What We Offer Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement with autonomy to lead experiments at scale.
