Compensation depends on experience, ranging from $22 to $35 an hour, with potential to earn over $100,000 annually through an unlimited incentive plan. We are dedicated to providing quality vehicle services, including inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing ASE Certifications and/or extensive automotive repair experience. We seek automotive service managers to oversee all service department activities in a retail store selling tires and automotive parts. This role is a Store Manager developmental position, with a focus on training and internal promotion. Responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service and consulting with customers Following up on services, estimates, and completion times Overseeing vehicle inspections and making recommendations Preparing repair orders and sourcing parts Discussing pricing estimates and promoting service specials Leading, managing, and training team members Supervising up to ten employees Overseeing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of various vehicles Maintaining inventory and facility organization Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: Service writer experience General automotive knowledge Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Leadership and team-building abilities Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Valid driver’s license Salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 per year.
