80Twenty is a boutique marketing recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates

Our client is a rapidly scaling tech company on a mission to make online identity secure, seamless, and universal. With their series E funding, and a 2B dollar valuation, they’ve hit unicorn status and are on track to IPO…soon! They have over 150M+ verified users, partnerships across federal agencies, state governments, healthcare networks, and 600+ consumer brands. This company is truly redefining how people safely engage online. They’re now expanding their marketing team to accelerate their first ever B2C efforts and looking for a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Growth Marketing Associate to help accelerate adoption, engagement, and retention across our digital ecosystem. This role will drive onboarding, activation, and engagement programs across in‑app, email, push, and emerging digital channels.

You’ll work cross functionally and be key in uncovering insights, refining targeting and messaging, and delivering high‑performing, full‑funnel campaigns that drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and storytelling, supporting innovation in AI‑powered automation and optimization frameworks that deliver continuous learning and performance improvement. Success will be measured by tangible business outcomes – including installs, transactions, revenue growth, and retention – ensuring every initiative contributes to meaningful, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and product data to uncover insights, identify friction points, and inform growth strategies.
  • Assess the operational and financial impact of marketing initiatives—using data to guide prioritization and refine tactics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and key business metrics.

Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations that shape channel strategy, messaging, and positioning.

Planning & Campaign Management

  • Support and execute growth initiatives across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests (e.g., messaging variations, user flow optimizations) to validate hypotheses and improve conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Maintain a coordinated marketing calendar and manage campaign execution from concept through launch, ensuring precision and cross‑functional alignment.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure strategies align with business goals and deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • Document insights, share learnings, and standardize best practices to accelerate performance across teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related function focused on problem‑solving and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset, with the ability to use data to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
  • Curiosity about customer behavior—able to dig into the “why” behind data and challenge assumptions to uncover opportunities.
  • Experience in fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environments, with comfort building from 0→1.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, translating complex data into clear insights and actions.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker).
  • Prior experience in a high‑growth consumer, marketplace, or eCommerce company is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
