Beebz is a video-first social marketplace where Gen Z discovers and books local businesses through short-form video. We help restaurants turn visibility into real customers by replacing static photos and text menus with immersive, authentic video menus that showcase the vibe, dishes, and experience of dining there.
The Role
We’re looking for a Videographer – Video Menu Specialist to join our early team and lead the filming of restaurant video menus for the Beebz platform. You’ll visit restaurants, capture cinematic yet natural clips of their dishes being prepared and served, and edit them into engaging short-form videos that help customers decide what to order before they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit video menus for restaurants (food preparation, plating, ambiance, staff, and overall vibe)
- Coordinate with restaurants to schedule filming sessions
- Capture authentic, mouth-watering visuals that represent the restaurant’s identity
- Edit footage for Beebz’s platform, ensuring it meets visual and storytelling standards
- Collaborate with the founder to develop a scalable video menu style that can be replicated across cities
- Manage files, ensure fast delivery, and upload videos to Beebz’s system
Qualifications
- Strong camera and editing skills (experience with restaurant, food, or hospitality video content preferred)
- Ability to shoot in a variety of settings and lighting conditions
- Passion for food, restaurants, and creative storytelling
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with business owners
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to grow with a fast-paced startup
Compensation
This is an early-stage opportunity offering revenue share and stock options. You’ll earn a share of revenue from each restaurant video menu created and receive equity as part of the founding creative team.
