This winter, Barsys is hosting an immersive pop-up experience in New York City, showcasing the future of cocktails through technology and design.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Photographer/Videographer on a two-month contract to capture compelling visuals of the Barsys pop-up in NYC. The ideal candidate should be equally adept at shooting products, food & beverages, interiors, and live events, and must have their own professional equipment for both photography and video production.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of Barsys products, cocktails, and the pop-up experience
• Shoot interiors, event setups, and live activations
• Document guests and key brand moments with a mix of candid and directed shots
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align on visual direction
• Manage lighting, framing, and composition on location
• Edit and deliver polished photo and video assets for digital and social use
• Ensure all outputs reflect the Barsys brand tone and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer with a strong portfolio across product, F&B, lifestyle, and event work
• Proficiency with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting setups
• Ability to shoot and edit both short-form and long-form video content
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling
• Must have own professional camera and lighting equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in dynamic settings
• Based in or available to work in New York City during the contract period
• Duration: 2 months (November to December 2025, exact dates TBD)
• Location: Meatpacking District, NYC (on-site at Barsys Pop-Up)
