They are seeking a Videographer & Editor who can bring the brand to life across multiple platforms — from high-impact social content and reels to campaign visuals and storytelling pieces. If you are passionate about producing scroll-stopping video content that blends beauty, narrative, and brand voice, this is the role for you.

Role Overview
This position combines creative direction, hands-on production, and expert editing. You will conceptualize, film, and edit engaging content that reflects the brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and aligns with evolving social trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit high-quality short- and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and internal use (Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand campaigns, etc.).
  • Create motion graphics, typography animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and event footage in studio and on location.
  • Manage all aspects of production, including lighting, setup, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery for professional-quality output.
  • Adapt video content for various platforms and formats to optimize engagement.
  • Stay current on video, editing, and social trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain footage for future use.
  • Occasionally capture photography for brand and social needs.
  • Source and integrate royalty-free music, sound effects, and stock footage as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media video formats, pacing, and engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated skills in lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animated text, and brand-aligned visual effects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently from concept to final edit.
  • Bonus: Experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle product videography.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
