Responsibilities
New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe) is seeking a talented and creative Video and Motion Graphics Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing captivating video content and animated graphics for our marketing platforms. Your work will play a crucial role in engaging our target audience, enhancing brand awareness, and driving user engagement.
As a Video and Motion Graphics Producer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop visually stunning and highly engaging video and motion content. You should have a deep understanding of various marketing and social media platforms, trends, and best practices to create compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for video content and motion graphics, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
- Design and produce high-quality videos, motion graphics, and digital graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Utilize video editing software, animation tools, and graphic design software to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated elements to enhance video content and maximize engagement.
- Conduct research on current trends and best practices in social media video and animated graphics design, staying up to date with the latest industry advancements.
- Optimize video and animated content for different social media platforms, considering specific platform requirements and formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital graphic strategies that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
- Edit and enhance existing video content to improve quality, brand consistency, and user engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video and animated content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related field.
Experience :
- Five years proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role or closely related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Seven or more years of experience as stated above highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects), and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and best practices for video and animated content.
- Strong creativity and ability to think visually, with an eye for design, composition, and typography.
- Excellent knowledge of visual storytelling, and animation principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary (New York City/Westchester County): The proposed annual salary is $93,366.00 per year to $103,740.00 per year. For applicants outside New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
