Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of visually compelling and user-friendly websites from concept to launch.
- Analyze user data, heatmaps, and website analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences and increase conversions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our web designs.
- Mentor a junior designer and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design systems and experience with creating and maintaining component libraries in Figma.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze metrics and use data insights to influence design decisions.
- Experience working in the SaaS/Software industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
