Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated drafts for technical accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to gather insights and create user-friendly content.
• Contribute to documentation framework design to enhance user experience.
• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and style across all documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, specifically in developer documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Learn or equivalent documentation standards.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in Markdown, GitHub, and documentation management tools.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development or programming (e.g., REST APIs, JSON).
• Experience using AI tools in documentation creation.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.
