Responsibilities

• Lead social strategy and execution for Music campaigns and daily programming to maximize brand impact
• Develop and brief creative concepts for campaigns, social-first formats, and integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Share social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Support on-location shoots and live events with real-time social coverage
• Manage day-to-day social programming and publishing as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/social marketing within the music or culture space
• 3+ years managing agencies and external vendors
• Proven experience collaborating with artists, creators, and high-profile partners on social activations
• Strong ability to interpret data and insights to inform creative and strategic decisions
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
