UI/UX Designer

Overview
Will have an AI based tech screen via Glider tool to validate all skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency.
- Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive design improvements.
- Maintain and enforce design standards across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a portfolio showcasing a range of interfaces and user experiences.
- 8+ years of experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience with front‑end frameworks (ReactJS or AngularJS).
- 7+ years of experience coding in Python, with proficiency in ML/NLP libraries.
- 7+ years of experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital products.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes (preferred).
- Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.
- Prior UST experience preferred (please include details if applicable).
