What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the design of personalized web templates and the Model Home redesign
  • Map and design customer flows that simplify financial decision‑making
  • Ensure designs adhere to the enterprise design system and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with design leads to maintain consistency across consumer‑facing touchpoints
  • Test, iterate, and refine designs based on customer feedback and performance data

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3–4 years of advanced Figma experience, including components and design systems at scale
  • 5–8 years of digital web design experience translating UX strategy into UI
  • 2–3 years of design experience in CMS‑driven environments
  • 7+ years of UX/product design experience with a user‑centric approach
  • 4+ years of experience contributing to design systems, including component creation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front‑end frameworks
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design
  • Proficiency in FigJam and Adobe Creative Suite
