Overview

Senior UX Designer, AWS Fintech role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Location: Seattle, WA. Join AWS Fintech, an agile team empowering finance customers with over 20 products. The role shapes end‑to‑end experiences and harmonizes common UI patterns with the AWS Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a north star vision for finance and people management tools and refine recommendations for common UI patterns.
• Lead UX design from research and discovery to high‑fidelity designs and release.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Program Managers, and many others.
• Use research practices, ideation workshops, and engagement analytics to frame problems and evaluate product success.
• Earn trust across multiple internal Amazon teams and build an inclusive culture with skill trainings and team events.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex workflows.
