Pay: $135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
As an Omnichannel-focused Senior UX Designer, you will build mobile-first e-commerce experiences that drive acquisition and retention through inclusive, high-impact visual storytelling and prototyping. You’ll help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design, using the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes. You’ll focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You’ll be responsible for creating and championing highly usable experiences and bringing the highest level of craft to your work.
Qualifications
- Keen understanding of omnichannel marketplace trends influencing customer expectations and business outcomes.
- Proven experience leading market-informed design decisions across 2–3 key initiatives, such as membership onboarding, mobile checkout optimization, and personalized benefits engagement.
- A strategic mindset and system thinking approach to taking the complex and making it simple.
- You have a strong point of view and are an effective champion for design and inclusive experiences.
- A track record working cross-functionally and shipping successful products.
- Ability to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.
- A strong understanding of Design Thinking principles and practices.
- Experience with Design Sprints and Customer Journey Mapping.
- The ability to see problems from various angles and create well-rounded solutions.
- Track record of educating and mentoring designers.
- A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve things.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 4+ years of experience in product design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing market-driven product design and mobile-first case studies with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
