Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who loves turning ideas into measurable results? McCoy Group is seeking an Inbound Marketer to help grow and strengthen our family of brands through engaging digital campaigns, content, and design.

In this role, you’ll attract, engage, and convert potential customers through inbound marketing channels including our websites, email campaigns, video, and social media partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and help tell the story of who we are — from transportation and logistics to construction and forestry.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute creative marketing content across email (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Constant Contact), websites, and video.
• Manage and update website content using SEO best practices.
• Develop and report on targeted email campaigns and newsletters.
• Produce engaging digital materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Write clear and compelling headlines, ad copy, and campaign messaging.
• Support company-wide digital marketing strategy through collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain brand integrity across all McCoy Group divisions and channels.
• Update web and intranet content and assist with video and photo editing.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in inbound or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
• Familiarity with Dreamweaver, iMovie, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of SEO principles, email marketing, and website management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn about McCoy Group’s diverse industries — including trucking, transportation, and forestry.
