Zoho is seeking a Content Marketer to join our marketing team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on paid social media campaigns and supporting brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
- Create and test ad variations (copy, visuals, and CTAs) to identify winning strategies.
- Build remarketing and lookalike audiences to nurture engagement and conversions.
- Partner with design and content teams to ensure creative assets are tailored for each channel.
- Continuously monitor performance and adjust targeting, bidding, placements, and creative to maximize ROI.
- Use A/B testing to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Apply advanced targeting methods (demographic, behavioral, and interest-based).
- Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, and ROAS.
- Provide campaign insights, dashboards, and detailed reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for campaign scaling or adjustments.
- Run paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads and Bing as needed.
- Coordinate strategies so that social, search, and programmatic advertising work in alignment.
- Stay on top of evolving social media ad formats, targeting tools, and algorithm changes.
- Identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat).
- Partner with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns support global business goals.
- Coordinate ad messaging for international audiences, adjusting tone and creative for cultural relevance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in advertising and content marketing.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content.
- Proven ability to generate measurable results (e.g., reduced CPA, increased engagement, lead generation).
- Hands‑on experience with Ads Managers, Business Managers, and campaign dashboards.
- Strong copywriting and creative testing skills for ad performance.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media insights dashboards, marketing tech/automation, CRMs.
- General knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, marketing automation) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
- Self‑starter with eagerness to learn and grow in a global environment.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately once per quarter.
