About FinMC FinMC’s primary business vertical is financial publishing focused on retail trading education; an ever‑changing, exciting and fast‑paced environment. We deliver proprietary financial products and compelling content to our growing subscriber base through various marketing channels and specialize in options trading programs that offer trade alert services from a variety of trade experts. We are a collective team of ~115 employees working in a hybrid environment between “at home” and in our HQ office located near Jacksonville, FL. We are committed to delivering excellence to our diverse subscriber base and thrive in a relaxed yet results‑oriented culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Write 5‑10 emails a week to members, recapping winning trades, giving special upgrade offers, cross‑promoting to other programs they may be interested in (mirrored sends).
  • Insert ads inside trade alerts pointing members to upgrades or other product promotions.
  • Plan monthly VIP sessions or classes specifically for upgrade opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Compose, schedule and send “bonus content sends” for members via email, SMS, telegram, etc.
  • Maintain and update content in member portal to ensure all assets are up‑to‑date and add value to paid subscribers.
  • Convert marketing email copy into newsletter ad copy/newsletter issue/ideas for gurus in line with the master marketing calendar.
  • Edit for content, specifically regarding market/trade/options information, compliance and marketing/CTAs.
  • Help plan/coordinate/write emails for publication folds (when applicable).
  • Zoom room hosting/watching all our live webinars (fulfillment classes, editorial show, etc) and write content up.
  • Taking live recorded classes, uploading them afterwards, uploading them to the website for members, and sending replay video out to members via email, SMS, and telegram (fulfillment classes).
  • Research and write fulfillment and promotional reports as needed.
  • Paid Promotions & Fulfillment: Design and implement effective paid promotional campaigns to amplify the reach of our editorial content and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Write copy for fulfillment videos and live events as needed.
  • Broadcast trade alerts via email, SMS text and telegram through templated online platform.
  • Write alerts and other email fulfillment for paid services and schedule them for broadcast.
  • Create welcome emails for all new products when applicable.
  • Keep public trackers updated for each service; update options’ close price in Links tracker after market close daily.
  • Work directly with an external third‑party auditor to reconcile when he has questions about “odd” trades or tracker‑related questions/fixes.
  • Rewrite articles and videos for different websites, and push notifications via One Signal.
  • Engage audience during webinars to encourage questions and warm up the room.
  • Backtest Links options trades with alternative expirations, strikes, etc.

Requirements

  • Normal working hours are 9AM‑5PM Eastern and must be available and highly responsive to new trade alerts between 9:30AM‑4:00PM Eastern Monday‑Friday.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, SMS campaigns, and webinar coordination tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, options trading, and related terminology.
  • Experience writing content for financial audiences with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to maintain a revenue‑oriented and customer‑obsessed focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and solution‑driven mentality using creative problem solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently in a remote environment, especially to self‑check work and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment and remain in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of finance, trading and direct‑response publishing a plus (not required). Must have basic knowledge of trading to at least be able to review something and determine if it’s accurate.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker who can ideate and experiment with new approaches to content marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content‑driven marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on editorial content and paid promotions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

What to Expect

  1. Week 1: Introduction to team and key stakeholders; deep dive into brand, mission, target audience; review current content strategy; basic training on tools.
  2. Week 2: Develop content calendar; draft initial pieces; begin sending alerts and learn the publishing workflow.
  3. Week 3: Start participating in webinars and content rotation; gain independence on tasks.
  4. Week 4: Demonstrate proficiency and ownership of assigned projects; continue working independently.
