Primary Purpose
The Manager, Producer is responsible for producing photography and video shoots for Marketing initiatives to ensure concepts are realized and right for the brand. The Shoot Producer works with Senior Production Managers to produce all content from a holistic standpoint across budget, scheduling and resource communication. Partner with creative stakeholders to manage project needs, while meeting budgets, timelines and production specs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of photo or video shoot production from initial concept to final delivery for marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Maintain constant dialogue with cross functional partners to ensure all projects remain on schedule and in-budget throughout the production process.
- Work closely with Creative and Copy Teams to ensure creative concept is met and troubleshoot to find solutions when necessary.
- Manage individual shoot budgets and process invoices in timely fashion.
- Cultivate relationships with outside talent and their representatives (photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience with large scale productions, including international work.
- A keen understanding of budgets and financial aspects of business.
- The ability to be flexible and work in a fast‑paced environment, responding to shifting priorities.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Shoot Production.
- Career background in the luxury goods and apparel industries.
- Strong negotiating skills and knowledge of industry rates.
