Job Overview Were looking for a
detail-oriented, creative, and ambitious Marketing Team Support professional
to become a key partner to our marketing leadership. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the marketing space, confident with social media, and familiar with corporate industries. Youll gain hands-on experience across content creation, event planning, and campaign ideationwith plenty of room for professional growth as our company scales.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts; develop content calendars to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence. Content Ideation & Creation:
Contribute fresh campaign ideas, draft SEO-optimized blog posts, and support the development of content across marketing channels. Event Planning & Operations:
Assist with the planning and execution of events, including logistics and operations for our event space. Client Gifting & Engagement:
Support gifting and engagement initiatives to strengthen client relationships and enhance loyalty. Marketing Team Support:
Act as a right-hand to the marketing teamcoordinating tasks, assisting on projects, and collaborating on big-picture campaigns.
Qualifications Passion for marketing, with a
growth mindset
and eagerness to learn. Familiarity with corporate industries and their marketing needs. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability. Creative thinker with confidence in social media planning and execution. Interest or experience in event planning, content creation, and campaign development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in platforms such as
Canva, Hootsuite, or similar tools
is a plus.
