What Youll Do As a Project Designer, youll play a key role in developing and executing design concepts from visioning through construction. Youll collaborate with project managers, senior designers, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Support programming, space planning, and FF&E selection. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors. Produce design documentation using Revit and Enscape. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning. Ensure code compliance, constructability, and budget alignment. Participate in jobsite meetings and construction administration. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in workplace interiors (6+ preferred). Strong design sensibility and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with AI tools in design is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and emotionally intelligent. Knowledge of codes, budgeting, and construction documentation. Certification or licensure preferred but not required.
