IntexCorp is hiring a creative and strategic
Social Media Manager
to lead content strategy, creation, and performance optimization across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role owns the social content calendar, approves all published content, and produces high-impact posts. You will guide a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, engaging content that drives brand growth and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and manage the social media content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Create 1020% of trend-driven or high-impact content to establish tone and direction Approve and edit all content before publishing to maintain brand voice and standards Design recurring content formats and seasonal templates for scalability Translate brand and product initiatives into engaging platform-native stories Content Performance & Optimization Oversee 100% of social commerce content, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals Monitor performance during key moments (e.g., product launches), analyzing metrics like views, engagement, and conversion Run A/B tests (e.g., hooks, captions, music, timing) to optimize content effectiveness Document high-performing content strategies into internal playbooks Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage the Live & Community Coordinator and work closely with the Commerce Coordinator Train team members on platform-specific strategies and content best practices Partner with Sales, Creative, and Product teams for campaign alignment Brief and review freelance creators to ensure brand-aligned execution Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Support Integrate customer feedback into content by working with Customer Service Support influencer, PR, and gifting campaigns to amplify reach Represent the social team in internal planning meetings Innovation & Platform Relationships Stay current with platform trends, updates, and algorithms Maintain relationships with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube reps to gain early access to features and programs Test new content formats with high potential for growth Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices. Ability to produce high-quality, platform-native content under tight deadlines. Experience managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage creators and align with business goals. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Typical office environment with remote collaboration tools May require occasional travel or extended hours around major launches
