What Youll Do
As Lead Interior Designer, youll work alongside our design team to develop and execute residential projects including remodeling, new construction, kitchen and bath, and whole-home furnishings. Youll guide projects from preliminary design through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create holistic, multi-layered designs tailored to each client
Draft space plans, lighting layouts, and furniture arrangements
Communicate and document design concepts visually and verbally
Collaborate with architects, engineers, trades, and consultants
Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Exceed client expectations with professionalism and creativity
Problem-solve with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in residential design
Proficiency in drafting and space planning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus Skills
Experience with Chief Architect
Kitchen and bath design expertise
Remodeling field experience
Background in furniture sales
