The Opportunity We’re seeking a
Senior Product Marketing Manager – Core Platform
to own and evolve the go‑to‑market strategy for Everfit’s core coaching platform. You’ll be the strategic voice bridging Product, customers, and market—defining how we position, launch, and scale our platform to drive measurable business outcomes.
This isn’t a traditional PMM role. You’ll have the autonomy to build programs from the ground up, influence product strategy with market intelligence, and create a differentiated brand position in a crowded market. You’ll lead, not just support—owning positioning, narrative, and the full customer journey from awareness to advocacy.
What You Own
Define and own the product marketing strategy for Everfit’s B2B2C SaaS platform, including multi‑product positioning, segmentation, and messaging architecture
Lead market and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities and identify white space opportunities
Develop customer insights programs including ongoing research, persona development, and voice‑of‑customer integration across the organization
Shape product strategy by translating market needs into product requirements and partnering with Product leadership on roadmap decisions
Go‑to‑Market & Launches
Own end‑to‑end GTM execution for major feature releases, product innovations, and platform expansions
Design and scale launch frameworks that drive adoption, engagement, and retention across our global coach base
Build integrated campaigns across email, in‑app, web, video, webinars, and community channels
Drive cross‑functional alignment across Product, Growth, Customer Success, Sales, and Design
Growth & Adoption
Architect adoption strategies for new features and platform capabilities, with clear KPIs and success metrics
Build scalable enablement programs including certification paths, training content, product documentation, and customer marketing materials
Optimize the customer journey from onboarding through advocacy, reducing friction and accelerating time‑to‑value
Establish measurement frameworks to track product marketing impact on activation, retention, expansion, and NPS
Thought Leadership & Content
Craft compelling narratives that differentiate Everfit in market and establish category leadership
Develop high‑impact content including case studies, one‑pagers, demo videos, webinar series, and executive‑level presentations
Enable Sales and Customer Success with battle cards, pitch decks, objection handlers, and ROI tools
Partner with Content and Social to amplify product stories and build community engagement
What You Bring Required Experience
7–10 years of product marketing experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies
Proven track record leading GTM strategy for complex, multi‑sided platforms or technical products
Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to execute with precision
Data‑driven storyteller who balances qualitative insights with quantitative rigor
Cross‑functional leader with experience influencing without authority and building alignment across organizations
Exceptional communication skills across formats—from executive briefings to customer‑facing content
Experience building programs from 0→1 in fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environments
Highly Valued
Experience in B2B2C, creator economy, or two‑sided marketplace business models
Background in product‑led growth (PLG) or self‑serve SaaS go‑to‑market
Track record in lifecycle marketing, onboarding optimization, or retention strategy
Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness, or coaching industries
Experience managing or mentoring product marketers
Comfort with AI/ML products and translating technical capabilities into customer value
Bonus Points
You’ve built creator, influencer, or ambassador programs at scale
You understand what drives engagement on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
You have experience with community‑led growth or product community building
You’ve worked at a company through hypergrowth (Series B–IPO or equivalent scale)
