Job Responsibilities
Go‑to‑Market Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, ecosystem initiatives, and thought‑leadership campaigns that expand the company’s visibility and influence.
Strategic Positioning & Messaging:
Define and communicate the company’s value proposition in interconnect (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet) and photonics/optical domains. Translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
Ecosystem Engagement:
Drive participation in key industry events, standards bodies (PCI‑SIG, CXL Consortium, OIF), and conferences to position the company as a leading voice in next‑generation connectivity.
Qualifications
Experience:
15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the semiconductor, high‑performance computing, or optical communications sectors, ideally spanning both technical and commercial responsibilities.
Technical Acumen:
Deep understanding of interconnect technologies (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, InfiniBand) and photonics/optical communication systems (e.g., silicon photonics, optical interposers, optical I/O).
Industry Presence:
Experience engaging in or contributing to standards organizations (PCI‑SIG, CXL Consortium, OIF, etc.) and influencing technology direction through thought leadership.
