About the Role
The Content Marketing Specialist will help shape Rivero’s visual identity and online presence across multiple channels. This is a part-time, hybrid role designed for a creative professional who can shoot, edit, design, and write compelling content that tells our story and drives engagement. You’ll be on-site in our Medley office/warehouse 2 days per week to plan, film, and photograph content, and the remainder of the work (editing, copy, scheduling) can be completed remotely.
You’ll work closely with our leadership and sales teams to develop digital assets and campaigns that align with business goals — from product spotlights and video reels to social media posts and brand photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Capture high-quality product and warehouse photos for marketing use.
- Design digital assets and visuals using Photoshop or Canva.
- Write engaging copy for social media, ads, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts that support brand storytelling and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Track content performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient with Photoshop (or equivalent design tools) and CapCut (or similar video editing software).
- Experience shooting and editing video using cameras or smartphones.
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of marketing tone and audience targeting.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to align ideas to business goals.
- Must be able to work on-site in our Medley office/warehouse at least 2 days per week ; remaining hours remote.
