1. Develop advanced front-end features using React.js and related libraries (Redux, Context API, React Router)
2. Translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, scalable code
3. Tailwind CSS, AG Grid
4. Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers
5. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Rest APIs seamlessly
6. Solid command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
7. Experience with state management tools like Redux
8. Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
9. Proficiency in Git and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
