## Position SummaryAs the Senior Manager of Amazon Growth & Performance Marketing, you will be the strategic owner of our revenue and profitability on the Amazon platform. This is a leadership role with a heavy, hands-on focus on three core responsibilities: advanced advertising management and optimization, dynamic pricing strategy, and deep strategic analysis. You will leverage a significant budget, cutting-edge AI tools, and a wealth of data to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line. This position requires a strong blend of analytical rigor and strategic business acumen to drive our continued market leadership.
## Key Responsibilities- Advertising Management & Optimization: Lead all aspects of our Amazon advertising strategy, from campaign creation and budget allocation to advanced bidding and targeting. Continuously monitor and optimize all campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP) to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive efficient, scalable growth.
- Pricing & Repricing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a sophisticated pricing and repricing strategy across our product catalog. Utilize competitive analysis, profitability data, and market dynamics to ensure our pricing is optimized for both sales velocity and margin growth.
- Strategic Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep analysis of sales data, advertising performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making on promotions, inventory, and new product launches.
- Team Collaboration and Management: Serve as the primary strategic lead for our Amazon operations team in China. This involves providing clear direction, ensuring alignment on goals, and facilitating seamless execution. This role may potentially oversee and manage the team, including performance evaluation and training.
- AI Integration & Innovation: Actively explore and implement AI tools and new technologies to automate processes, generate insights, and create a competitive advantage in our advertising and pricing operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Candidates with degrees in science, engineering, or other quantitative fields are encouraged to apply.
- Language: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required for effective communication with our team in China.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and Amazon marketplace operations.
- Proven experience in a strategic or leadership role with a track record of driving significant sales growth on Amazon.
- Experience managing a team is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with AI Tools: Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI in daily work for data analysis, content generation, and workflow automation. Familiarity with modern AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) is essential.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon's operational rules, advertising platform, and brand promotion tools.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in keyword analysis and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Analytics is a plus.
