$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lead AV Installer Specialist to execute customer projects and installations of luxury equipment systems of B&O brand. This role ensures our clients receive a seamless and premium experience from sale to setup.
Job Purpose
To lead the scheduling and execution of all customer projects and installations end-to-end. Coordinate with installer team to deliver every customer a “white glove” experience in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all customer projects and installations across multiple projects and locations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute installation projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during project delivery
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage project timelines and priorities
- Perform technical installations, system testing, and customer education to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and business partners to ensure seamless execution
- Manage procurement of tools, materials, and equipment needed for installations
- Installation vehicle fleet management and maintenance
- Assist stores with display functionality. Assist with event setup/programming when needed
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Train, mentor, and evaluate installers
- Resolve all project issues promptly and professionally to exceed customer’s expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
- Complete required trainings and stay informed with latest technology to be seen as the “expert”
Requirements
- Proven experience in AV installation and technical project management
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, installation techniques, and latest technologies
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ability to coordinate well with business partners to complete projects
- Proficient in project management tools and basic reporting
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physical ability to handle installation work when required
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel as needed
