Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communication planning from concept through successful project completion
• Develop and execute change management activities for distributed teams across the US and Canada
• Author high-impact communications, newsletters, presentations, and branding collateral
• Monitor adoption through data analysis, surveys, and stakeholder interviewsCreate compelling messaging using research, analytics, and audience insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams
• Utilize quantifiable metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support data transformation initiatives with agile change management strategies
• Travel approximately 15% to wind and solar sites to engage with field teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in communications or change management
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
• Proven expertise in strategic communication plan development and execution
• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated discipline in execution
• Experience with market research and analytics
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to customer service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci practitioner certification (ADKAR)
• 3-5 years in communications or change management role
• Prior project management experience
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
• Expert capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint
