Portico Property Management is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations and marketing for our Single Family Rental community, Soltera Rolling Pines in Conroe, TX.

Salary: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

As the Community Manager, you will lead community operations, maximize rental income, manage marketing, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of property management or business management experience
• Proven ability to manage community operations and control expenses
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with financials, budgets and monthly ownership reports
• Excellent marketing, customer service, communication and organizational skills
• High energy and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
