Americaneagle.com is looking for a strategic and versatile Creative Content Specialist to develop and execute content initiatives that support our clients and prospects. This highly creative role will work with the Marketing & Sales team to produce original, SEO‑driven, sales‑friendly content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the overall content strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives.
  • Work with internal platform teams to develop creative and compelling messaging for sales and marketing teams.
  • Write for various channels (email, social, blog, web pages, ads, white papers, case studies, info sheets).
  • Oversee the review process for all blog posts and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high‑quality publication.
  • Plan new and engaging pieces of content by analyzing needs and staying abreast of industry news.
  • Develop SEO‑optimized content that drives organic traffic and supports conversion goals.
  • Write and coordinate press releases to maintain company visibility and announce key developments.
  • Interview internal team members and clients to create case studies, testimonials and informational sheets; repurpose content to amplify the message.
  • Proof content and collateral for accuracy, including spelling, grammar and product/service information.
  • Participate in creative discussions with marketing and sales teams to determine necessary content for collateral and fulfillment of marketing requests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on existing content, contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions for improving campaigns, procedures, and other business‑related activity.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in an agency or technology environment.
  • Experience writing copy for a mid‑market to enterprise audience; strong plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting attention‑grabbing headlines and compelling sales copy that drives conversions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required; Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving and creative concept skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Driven individual who is able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Good eye for layout and design of content pieces a plus.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills required.
  • Proven experience writing for a variety of communication channels and audiences, including strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing them.
  • Comfortable on video and able to convey tips, best practices, and concepts both in writing and verbally.
  • Pick up on technical topics quickly, enjoy learning new skills and staying ahead of the curve on relevant industry knowledge.

Benefits

The US‑based salary range is $60,000‑$80,000 per year. Additional benefits include medical and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid maternity and paternity leave, disability insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
