Join Our Team as a Sales Consultant at Express Flooring. This position supports our new market launch in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll conduct in-home consultations, provide homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and design options for flooring projects. Your ability to build rapport and create a superior homeowner experience is key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home estimates and measurements.
• Close sales effectively and collaborate with the Express Flooring team.
• Utilize provided flooring samples to assist client decision-making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage schedule and goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 55 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Compensation Range: $125,000 - $150,000 USD
